1-2 bedrooms and private bathroom available in a 1500sqft house in Vancouver. Rent is $1000/month for one bedroom with utilities and internet included. We’re hoping to find one roommate, but definitely open to discussing other arrangements for additional people or if you’d like to rent two bedrooms.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, comfortable shared living spaces, driveway parking, and a large fenced backyard. Some spare furniture can be available if needed as well. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and located near grocery stores, bus stops, and freeway entrance.

Mid-20s couple (Cindy and Joey), and two friendly dogs. We both work professional jobs throughout weekdays and spend our free time outdoors, traveling, and working on projects around the house.

We’re laid back, outgoing people who enjoy a calm home environment. LGBTQ+ friendly and 420 friendly.

We’re looking for a roommate who is responsible and communicative. No additional pets please.
