We have a quiet and respectful home, please no partiers, drug free, smoke free household. No pets, although we do have a friendly Aussie, who will not be in your space. This room would be perfect for a traveling nurse/ business woman. All utilities & Wifi are included. Off street parking. Close to 490, walking distance to the Canal and Village.

House is occupied by mother, teenage daughter and Aussie dog named Luna. I work full-time days and would like for the person who lives here to be on a similar schedule, someone who’s not coming in and out at very late hours.
