The house is a gorgeous 3 bed/2 full bath/2 half bath townhouse located in Fitchburg, WI. It was just re-roofed! The structure is in extremely good shape, appliances (kitchen + laundry) are all new, and the space is very clean. There’s also a deck & green space. The townhouse has a total of 2,500 square feet so there is lots of room for everyone. It features a main level living room, dining room, kitchen, a basement living room area + a large separate storage space, and an upper level with 1 master bed/en-suite bath and 2 bedrooms each with a big walk-in closet. There are technically four bathrooms in the condo, but the basement/main floor bathrooms are half baths (no shower). There are two full baths on the second floor where the bedrooms are, so one full bath off the master bedroom and one shared between the other two bedrooms. If sharing a bathroom for everything isn’t your cup of tea, there is an option to be in the basement with the half bath. However, you’d have to go upstairs to the second floor to access the shared shower. The basement has a door that shuts off from the main level for privacy/quiet and is a large space to fit your furniture. The condo is a 15 minute drive from the Madison campus, but there’s also a bus line (65) that goes from campus straight to the neighborhood the condo is located in. There is an attached 2-car garage, as well as plenty of space on the driveway to park an additional car. The rent per month will be $1350/per person but does not include monthly utilities. If you would like the extra garage parking space there will be an extra $50 per month added to the rent. There will also be a security deposit of one month’s rent/per person due upon signing that will be returned to you at the end of your lease.

Hi everyone! My name is Pari, I’m 23 years old and I am moving to Madison to start law school in August. I’m looking for two roommates (preferably 21 - 26). I love a clean and organized space and am hoping to find people who share that same mindset. I’m originally from River Falls, WI and am one year post grad from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. I’m beyond excited to be moving to Madison this summer, but am new to the area so I would love to have a couple of roommates to explore the city and try new things with. I am HUGE into yoga, rock climbing, attempting new 30-minute dinner recipes, and trying new restaurants. I’m incredibly extroverted, so I love meeting new people and spending time with friends!
