Room rent -$1075( its an unfurnished room) Deposit: 1.5 month of rent ($1600) Utilities: it will be divided 3 way between roommates.

• 5 mins Walking distance to Watsessing Ave train station. -30 mins commute to Penn station NY
• 7 mins walking distance to bus stop to Newark.

• Ideal for students and young professionals( bus 28 directly goes to Montclair) or anyone looking to rent on a budget
• No Pets allowed ( sorry )
• Street parking.
