We are a gated community, non-smoking, close to Everything! We are across from Triangle Square in a prime location where the 55 fwy ends. You will have your own spot in the parking garage with remote access and free EV charging. The room has its own balcony overlooking the pool area and your own private bathroom with large tub and extra storage space. It also has a walk-in closet and in-unit laundry.
About the roomies
Hi, it’s just me and my dog Leon. He’s a 4 yrs old shepherd. Very sweet. I work only 30 hours a week so I am home a lot. I’m looking for an employed professional, preferably female, non- smoker, non party person although there is a nice clubhouse with a pool table and full kitchen, pool, spa, fireplace and bbq area. So you are able to go out there but the building has quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. There are not a lot of children here so it’s more adult living.
