I am a retired female professional. I am seeking a non smoking preferably female adult or student who has good health, manners, and able to clean up after themselves. The room has a bed, dresser, desk, TV, fan. You may share outside patio, barbecue area, washer and dryer, kitchen and pantry. I am hoping for someone who shares a quiet lifestyle. Sorry but no pets.
