Single Room for Rent

Hello, we are looking for a roommate who is tidy and respectful of others space, likes animals, and who also pays rent on time.

Rent is $1000 dollars a month with a $700 security deposit. Utilities and subscriptions are included in the rent. Utilities and rent include internet, water, electric, garbage, and general household cleaning supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning solutions. The only item we do not provide is laundry detergeant.

We have 3 small dogs and 4 chickens that provide fresh eggs daily. You will have your own private room and a full shared restroom for your use.

There is a washer in house, kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, back patio and a pool table available.

Room is available now and we would love to give a tour to anyone seriously interested, so please message me for any questions and to set up an appointment. We look forward to meeting our new roommate!

Two other occupants are myself and my husband. We are in our early thirties and both are working professionals. We have 3 little dogs (shih tzu) that run around and bring us lots of joy. We are crafty individuals who love being social.
