San Fernando Court

I have a room for rent in Orangecrest starting November 1st. The room is a good size 10x11 feet with nice dark hardwood floors. There is already a bed and desk in the room but if you do not want them I can have the room empty instead. The bed is a double. There are four bedrooms in the house and one person per room. You would be the 4th and final roommate. The least is month to month but we are looking for someone to stay ideally at least a year. Everyone in the house is in their twenties. We are all pretty laid back but like a clean quite living environment. We have a simple chores chart in which everyone does one chore a week to keep the house clean. Moping the floors, taking out the trash, cleaning the bathroom. We also like to hang out and it would be cool to find someone who is down for the occasional game night. One thing to keep in mind is that this isn’t some family renting out a room for some added income who will treat you like an unwelcome guest. You have full access to the kitchen, home gym, and living areas. The last rule we ask is that other night guests are limited to twice a week. It just increases the amount of people in the house too much otherwise. Parking is in the driveway and looking for a $550 security deposit. Everyone is in their twenties, clean, respectful, friendly, and quiet. Two of the roommates are pretty heavy gamers and will mostly hide in their rooms glued to screens. But they can hold a conversation and are pretty fun to hang out with. I’m a high school history teacher taking a year break from teaching to try other things before going back next year to hopefully a more normal school year. Looking forward to getting to know you!
