Hello, we have one bedroom available for rent in our house. The room is a pretty good size (12 by 11 feet) with dark hard wood floors and white shutters that can make the room very dark if you are trying to sleep in. The house is four bedrooms three bath located in a nice neighborhood in Orangecrest. You would be the fourth person in the house. The nice thing about this living situation is that everyone is equal. We all share the common areas, get equal storage space in the pantry, fridge etc… You are treated as a roommate and not just a tenant if that makes sense. We have laundry, fast Wifi, a nice gym and it is just a great place to live. We all help keep the house clean. Rent is $750 which does include utilities. Looking for a $600 security deposit. Rent is month to month but ideally looking for someone to stay at least a year. We have three cats in the house incase anyone is allergic. My wife and I are both 31 and we have another roommate who is in his late 20ties and is a teacher. You would be sharing the bathroom with him. He is former Air Force and very neat and tidy. There is also another bathroom downstairs that you are welcome to use.
