About the room
West Allis - Located near McCarty Park 11x17 room in first pictures: chair and couch will be moved to the living room; desk & monitors plus side table and tv stand available to use in the bedroom. There is no closet in the room, but there is an available closet in the hallway for repurposing.
The entire house except the two other bedrooms are for use, including laundry appliances in the basement.
Utilities are included unless if you’re using the Level 2 NACS charger which will be the increased difference in my monthly payments. Carport available for parking.
Proof of income, first months rent, and $500 security deposit requirement.
No smoking or drugs permitted in the home as I share the house with my daughter 50% of the week.
About the roomies
I am a 38 year old single mother who has my 10 year old daughter 50% of the week.
