About the room
Newly renovated farm house. This 1890 home is now updated with a new bathroom, new woodwork and fresh carpet in the bedrooms. Two bedrooms for rent that could be a bedroom and office for a couple, or one small and one larger bedroom for two independent people. Livingroom and eat in kitchen downstairs, plus a sunroom that could store bikes, skis or other outdoor gear or could be a place to relax in the evening. Large covered 3 season enclosed porch in addition to the sunroom. Large yard with lawn furniture too! Shared kitchen area to with just one roommate.
About the roomies
I’m a quiet, hardworking science teacher and I live in a separate area in the back of the house, with a separate entrance. I’m in and out but usually home during the week and sometimes on weekends. Since I work in a school, my schedule is different in the summer. There is a door between our living areas that we can keep locked if you want privacy or open it at times to be social. I would love to rent to professionals, students, or interns. Artists, science “nerds” actors and LGBTQ folks are particularly welcome. No smoking indoors. Discrete cannabis is OK but I don’t partake myself.
