This is a studio apartment through Hunziker realty. I currently love living here but found a job in Urbandale that I want to move closer to. Its a cozy studio and has a full kitchen with a fridge, new dishwasher, stove/oven, two sided sink, etc. has a decent sized bathroom with a sliding door shower/tub. Has 3 separate smaller closets with varying sizes as well as one curtained off closet space. Uses a window unit for AC but is a really nice one that they just fully cleaned and degreased. has floor/wall attached heaters controlled by a central thermostat. Always comfortable in the unit, never hear noises from other neighbors, is right on the first floor so its easy to move into and get in and out of. Parking is mostly fine, more times than not I have a spot right in front of the building but it is first come first serve but there is also side parking. It is pet friendly with a slight deposit and montly fee. I pay maybe a total of $790 a month in rent and pet rent and then my utilities have ranged from like $45 to $90 depending on the month. Uses ICS internet which is provided and is one of the best ISPs available in town, I would know, I personally worked for them for 10 years. Neighbors are incredibly nice and also keep to themselves. Does not have an in unit washer and dryer but does have a laundry room downstairs that, for the time being, is free to use. It is right next to a maverik gas station and a short distance away from campus and other stores.

You only pay some of the bills like electric but you don’t pay gas or water or trash or anything.

Its a studio apartment and I live alone but am looking to sublease my upcoming lease which is from 08/01/2026 till 07/26/2027 so I can move out and move closer to my work in Urbandale.
