Off street parking. In house laundry, free rein in kitchen. Living and dining room available for use as common area. 5 minutes from Champion Cancer Center, 1.7 miles from the house.

If stay of less than 1 month, weekly rate can be negotiated.

I’m single, 67 yrs old, and looking for part-time renters, especially well suited for traveling nurses or business/military trainees needing to stay in the area during training. Periodically, my 6 yr old grandson is here during the day. I have a 2 yr old German Shepard. Still working on the outside areas.
