I live in South Carolina and come to Florida about once a month. When I am in Florida, I will have my one-year-old child with me, so there will be normal baby-related noise and activity. I also have a dog, and occasionally my husband may bring the dog as well. This setup is best for someone who is comfortable in a family environment, is okay living with a young child and a dog, and keeps a clean and respectful shared space.
