The room is fully furnished with bed, mattress, study table, chair, lamps, window ac, ceiling fan, bed side table, dustbin, window blinds, hangers.

It’s a room in a three bedroom house. There is one full bathroom and one half bathroom to share.

The kitchen is fully furnished too. Basic cutlery, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, cooking pans and pots. Dining area available.

There is a off-street parking spot available.

Utilities included in rent (wifi, water, electric, gas, sewer)

I’m a graduate student at Yale. My boyfriend is a full time working professional and a part time student at Southern Connecticut. Our schedules are pretty full.

A two year old cat 😺 Beau resides at the house. So the interested person must be cat friendly.

House rules: No parties We keep the spaces clean and tidy and would like a roommate who would clean up after themselves. The house is a smoke free space.
