Two Rooms for Rent – Jurupa Valley (Newer 2019 Home) Two private rooms are available in a beautiful two-story home located in a newer Jurupa Valley community near the Copper Mammoth on the hill. Available Rooms • Larger bedroom with larger closet: $1,150/month • Smaller bedroom: $1,000/month Home Features • Built in 2019 • Clean, quiet, and well-maintained home • Shared loft/living area • Shared kitchen • Laundry room access • Spacious Jack-and-Jill bathroom with shower shared between the two rooms A/C Information The home’s central A/C is not included in the rental agreement. We typically do not use the A/C often, even during the summer months. When it is used, it is generally only in the evenings after 8:00 p.m.

If a tenant would like more frequent A/C use during the summer, this may be negotiable with an agreement to share the additional utility costs.

About the Home My spouse is currently attending school and will primarily be home only during holidays and summer breaks over the next three years. I am looking for housemates who are a good fit for a quiet, respectful, and drama-free living environment.
