Large (mostly-finished) basement with private bedroom and bathroom available for rent on July 1st. Has a makeshift kitchen with a private fridge and other amenities. The basement is fully yours except for furnace/storage access. Entrance is upstairs as well as the full kitchen and laundry. Street side parking and large backyard access as well.
About the roomies
Father(65) and son(37) looking to rent out our basement space. Son works at home and Father is retired so we are here most of the time. We have a friendly yet lazy dog Spike(Border Collie) who(once warmed up) is very friendly.
