Christian home. Excellent location on the Space Coast. Quick access to Port Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center. Only 45 minutes to Orlando International Airport. Close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. New hospital, only 2 miles away, will be opening in a few months. On a canal, can watch dolphins and manatees and fish off the dock. There is a pool. Bedroom is furnished with a full bed and television, shared bathroom. Access to kitchen and living area. Laundry available. No parties, no smoking, no drugs, no pets, no loud music, must use headphones. Although I have 2 shelties in the home. Background check and deposit are required and non-negotiable. Because of the pool, not able to accept children as guests.
