Living room off the bedroom is a great space to hang out and relax after work. A large 65“ tv and two electric leather couches occupy the space making it comfortable to binge watch all the shows!
Even thou everyone in the house does have access to this space it would be mostly yours as the house as another living room upstairs off the kitchen!
The rest of the house is fully furnished and equipped to cook some epic meals and just enjoy the calm sounds of the birds and bees in the backyard and balcony gardens!
Notice: there is no bathroom in the basement. The half bath located just up the stairs would be your main area for regular hygiene. And the bathroom on the top level is where to shower. This is shared space but kept tidy!
It’s like having your own mini apartment in a way.
Laundry is on main level, all utilities are included in rent plus Fiber internet.
I’m in my late 30s I work from home. M-F. I have an 8yo daughter who lives here as well and spends most weekends away with her dad or grandparents. We have a 4yo shitzhu and my daughter has a bunny named booboo.
I do enjoy 420, I don’t drink, love to travel love to cook. My daughter loves music and gymnastics!
