The area is Northglenn- it is a wonderful, quiet, low, crime area. The room is 175 sq. ft. it’s the size of a living room, it has 2 windows and lets in plenty of light. It is very clean, and has a light grey/blue paint with white trim. Washer and dryer onsite. The internet, and all utilities are included. Outside there are decks underneath shade trees. There are roses everywhere, flowering trees, and a garden if that’s your thing. It’s very peaceful.

There are 2 gentlemen living in the other rooms. One is an engineer (40 ish) and the other is retired. Both are mellow, quiet, and easy to get along with. They are surprisingly clean as well. lol
