The room has large sunny windows, a private bathroom with a bath+shower, and a spacious closet. There is a washer/dryer unit upstairs in between the bedrooms. The shared downstairs area is also very sunny and spacious! The kitchen is a good size for two people, and there is a front living room area and back sunroom area. There is also a patio in the back. Water is included in rent, so the only extra fees are electric+gas. The only parking available is in the visitor lot, but it is just around the corner and has a ton of open spots 24/7. The neighborhood is a short walking distance from a CVS pharmacy, Safeway, 7-11, and a ton of other stores and restaurants. Its very close to the King st metro station, and about a 5-10 min drive from DC. Overall it’s a safe, VERY convenient area.

My name is Kayla, I’m 22 years old and I work full time in Environmental Conservation. I have two cats who are very friendly and well behaved!

I studied botany/horticulture so I am a huge plant and biology nerd, and I have quite a few house plants+outdoor plants. I like to keep my space tidy, uncluttered, and cozy. I am a friendly person and I communicate very openly- I don’t do passive aggression or hints. I like cleanliness, but I’m not overly strict or uptight about it. I like to be friendly with my roommates, but I respect when people aren’t in a talking mood. I’m pretty quiet and spend a lot of time in my room.

I have company over once in a while but we normally sit on the patio, no parties.
