Hello, looking to fill a bedroom within my 2 bd 2 bathroom apartment in LA. It is in a great area of mid wilshire around a lot of restaurants and grocery stores and train. The room has its own bathroom and balcony and the apartment has dish washer, central air and great sized kitchen with an oven as well. Laundry unit is on the floor as well and parking is provided.

I work in the music touring space, naturally I travel a lot for work but when I’m home I like to stay active by playing sports and going to the gym. I am also 31 yrs old so I value peace and quiet heavily and do not want to live in a noisey household.
