Available: July 10th Rent: $1,300 / month (Internet Included!) Note: Rent is due on the last day of the preceding month (the day before the 1st—e.g., the 28th, 29th, 30th, or 31st). Security Deposit: $1,000 We have a room available for rent in a great, convenient location. This is a shared household looking for a responsible and clean roommate. The Space & Financials:

• Furnished: The room comes with a bed included.
• Shared Spaces: You will have access to a shared upstairs bathroom and a shared kitchen.
• Utilities: Renter is responsible for paying 1/3 of the monthly household utilities (electric, gas, water, etc.). High-speed internet is included in the rent!
• Storage: Extra storage space included (designated area in the garage and an outside closet).
• Transit: Incredible location—the town shuttle bus stops right out front and directly across the street.
• Parking: Winter parking at the house may be possible (to be discussed). The Vibe: You will be sharing the house with my son, James, myself, and our two cats (Chito and Chola). You must love kitties! This is a smoke-friendly home, but it is absolutely not a party house. We value a quiet, laid-back, and respectful environment. Roommate Responsibilities: We are looking for someone willing to do their fair share around the house. You must be willing and able to:
• Clean up the kitchen after every use.
• Help with snow shoveling during the heavy winter months.
• Share the cleaning duties for the upstairs bathroom.
• Vacuum the upstairs area.
• Keep your personal area and the shared laundry room clean and tidy. Requirements:
• Must absolutely love cats!
• Must be able to speak conversational English.
• Solid personal/rental references are strictly required. I am a funny outgoing kinda girl, who loves my family and my friends that are like family! We have two Kitty Cats that rule over everything is lol, Chola and Chito. My son James is a Cyber security Engineer and he works remotely. We want someone to fit in our family!
