I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and chill roommate to share a 2BR/2BA apartment in a peaceful, secure complex. You’d be moving into the larger bedroom with a private balcony — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or just relaxing with fresh air.

💰 Rent & Utilities: • $1,610/month all in (includes rent, parking, utilities, internet) • First month + deposit $500 due at move-in

🚗 Parking: Street parking available. I cover the paid parking spot.

📍 Location: Downtown Santa Rosa – central, safe, walkable, easy access to freeways and transit
