2 rooms available. Ideally looking for someone who wants to occupy one as a bedroom and one as an office. Unfurnished and 10 min from the beach in the coveted Newport Crest complex. 4 parking spots, 2 car garage, washer dryer in unit, large kitchen and 2 stories so the home feels split up. You will have your own bathroom with shower and tub. I am almost done furnishing the rest of the home in shared space but happy to discuss adding furniture if you have things that fit the motif and space.

About the roomies
The home is 3 bed with just me living here currently. I am only looking for one other roommate. I am 37, work full time 5 days a week in office with the occasional work from home day. I am usually out of the house from 7:30am - 8:30pm during the week. On weekends, I am usually active and out of the house, beach, hikes, golf, dinners, boating, traveling but also enjoy a relaxing night in. I am easy going and don’t do drama. I am career oriented so looking for the same. The home stays clean, but I do have a cleaner that comes 1x per month.
