Great sized room with own bath which is the main bathroom so it will need to be clean. Has a big living room with dining area. Nice big screened patio with a fenced in yard. Fruit trees, and lots of green shrubs. Room is pretty decent sized and has a bed and good and nice sized closet. Home share type space and the kitchen and laundry room are equally split. Chores will be shared as well. I do keep a clean home and will not tolerate any dirty or messy roommates. Parking is available in the driveway and some space in the garage will be made available. Internet, Netflix’s and Amazon prime is included in the rent.

I’m a single 65 year old man who likes to cook and grill and travel around so I’m not always around. I keep busy and I’m not always home.
