Furnished room with dresser. Own bathroom with large furnished living room. Shared kitchen and basement laundry room, gym and storage. Fenced in back yard with dog door. I have two, well behaved large dogs who have a dog door on the rented floor. They generally need access but can be blocked off by the gate on occasion if needed.

I’m a 35 y/o male IT worker. I’m often out of the house on weekend trips or to be with my partner who lives and works downtown. I generally live a quiet life outside work. Mostly video games, TV, hiking & exercise. Very rarely smoke or drink.
