The home is split level with a bedroom, bathroom, and living space on its own floor. Besides the laundry being downstairs, you would practically have the floor to yourself. You would have your own cabinet and counter space in the kitchen, but are welcome to use any shared appliances.

We shared the house with another couple for 2 years, but they recently moved out. However we decided to renew the lease again and have the property until at least April 30th 2027.

The house is currently occupied by me, my husband, and our cat Lucifur. We are both in our late 20s. Lucifur does roam the house, but he is sweet, sociable, and house trained.
