About the room

Available August 1st for a standard 12-month lease. 271-square-foot master suite attached to main house. The multi-room layout features a private attached bathroom and a connected sunlit private office with its own entrance. The space features hardwood flooring throughout, with a dedicated private storage closet located in the adjacent hallway. The suite can be rented by a single person for $1,950 or split between two people for $975 each, with utilities not included.

You will have full access to a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable main living area, and a secure basement for storing bikes, surfboards, camping gear, etc. A dryer is on site, and the washer is currently being replaced. Parking is highly accessible via a long driveway and street parking that is almost always open.

The house is situated in Oak Park Neighborhood, providing a highly walkable commute to local grocery stores and downtown Santa Barbara. The household is organized and mature, shared with two 27-year-old guys, including a full-time UCSB staff member and recent UCSB grad.
