Hi! I’m looking for a roommate for a 3 bedroom townhome and it’s just me and searching for one other roommate. Preferably male, for less complications. The third bedroom I occasionally have a friend or family coming over but I like to keep it vacant for them.

You will have access to your room, the main floor, garage (parking included), and the whole second floor, kitchen living room and balcony. My room is on the third floor.

About me: I’m a 25 year old woman, I’m fairly introverted and rarely have parties or groups of people over (only occasionally). I don’t have any pets here, and I do not smoke.
