Near triangle square, 4 bed/4 bath with 4 car parking garage and 1 guest spot, all roommates have guaranteed parking. The shared living space includes the living room and kitchen which are already furnished.

The complex has a NO pet policy, and property management. There is also a laundry room on site with coin operated machines.

The rent for the room is $1100.00 per month + utilities (split between the 4 roommates, which includes: internet, gas, electric and water). There is a $25 non-refundable application fee, and you must have good credit (700+) and pass a background check.

3 roomies, 1 female, 2 males working professionals. 2 roomies work the day shift (8-6pm), engineer and healthcare, 1 roomie works in restaurant industry with evening shifts. Rarely are we all home together at the same time, home is generally quiet. We are looking for individuals who are down-to-earth, non-smoking, clean (picks up after yourself, helps out with common spaces, etc.), respectful (not noisy late at night, gets along with roommates, etc.), working adults.
