We’re looking to rent our spare bedroom out, located in a 3br 3ba 1600sq ft townhouse in the communication hill area.

The bedroom is airy, sunny, and private, including it’s own bathroom, with shower, sink and toilet, with about 120 sq ft of space.

The house itself is equally airy and sunny, and includes a washer/drier, full kitchen, balcony on the second floor, a fully furnished living room, and on street parking. The community is quiet, safe, and out of the way. It’s also within walking or biking distance of a park, a shopping center with groceries, and is a short drive ~5 min to downtown San Jose. Rent is $1550 for the room and asking to split utilities 3 ways, including internet, water, electricity, and gas. This is usually around $150-$250 a month, meaning you would pay ~$75-$100. Our lease is month to month.

Currently we have two people, both around 30 years old. We’re both creatives, with our own artistic pursuits, we love watching films and chatting about anime. We also like to maintain a clean, and open, yet comfy but stimulating environment, with music, art, and flora and fauna to bring both life and serenity to our home. We currently have 3 cats so unfortunately we are at the pet limit, but they are all sweethearts that love people.
