The room itself is fully enclosed in its own world: private bathroom, independent access, zero overlap with anyone else’s schedule. The neighborhood wraps around it all with a calm that feels organic rather than accidental. Quiet, connected, and completely yours. That’s not a combination that comes up often.

Mornings here are quiet, evenings even more so and that’s exactly how we like it. Two of us share this home, a biomedical scientist and an air traffic controller, each tucked into our own room with enough space and privacy to fully unwind. The house stays clean and orderly without it being a thing we talk about. We’re hoping to find someone who naturally operates the same way calm, respectful, and just genuinely easy to live alongside.
