Top floor Bedroom available. Available room has large closet space and shared restroom. Large second story shared living space with nice kitchen, powder bath, dinning area, living room, and patio. Unit has 2 car garage with second fridge, ample storage space, laundry on third floor, and access to pool/hottub in complex. Lease agreement will be for 12 months until July 31st, 2027. Room is medium sized with lots of closet space, carpeted floors, and wired internet. Tenants pay water, trash, internet, and electrical utilities (split evenly). Unit is only ~7 years old with minimal wear and tear
About the roomies
Tenants: 2 men and 1 woman tenants late 20s to early 30s looking for a fourth tenant. No pets, no smoking. Please inquire for introduction and tour if interested. No undergraduate students and tenants of similar ages preferred.
