I have 4 private rooms available for rent in a peaceful, beautiful home with a lake in the backyard and direct access to enjoy the outdoor space. This is a calm, nature-filled environment perfect for responsible working professionals, students, or anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live.
Each room has its own bathroom or bathroom access. One room also features its own private balcony. The tenant living area is located upstairs, giving tenants their own dedicated space, while the owners live on the first floor. Tenants will also have access to shared common areas and the common balcony.
Garage parking is available for one tenant for an additional monthly cost.

The owners live on the first floor, they are both Navy veterans and are friendly, respectful, and committed to keeping the home peaceful, clean, and comfortable. We enjoy creating a calm environment where tenants can feel at home while still having privacy and their own space upstairs.
