About the room

Cute room in midtown available! Close to Sutter’s Fort. Very walkable area. The lease is month to month. Pet friendly! Wi-Fi and SMUD are not included in the rent. You might see another post on here for the same room, that’s my roommates post who’s moving out. There’s residential parking in the neighborhood. There are 3 beds and 2.5 baths. And a tiny little outdoor patio area. It’s a pretty chill and quiet place. We like to keep tidy!

About the roomies

Zoe (me) I’m 24. I work for the State, in the Employment Development Department in their legal office. I have cats but they stay in my room. I’m pretty quiet but I also love to socialize.

The two other roommates are moving out! One is moving in July the other in August or September. So I’ll be making a post for that other room soon (it’s the biggest room so it’s a little more in rent)
