Amanda's room
About the room
Itβs the little things that make this work the silence on the street at night, the shopping mall ten minutes away on foot, the bus stop that actually makes commuting bearable. The room itself asks nothing of you in terms of compromise: private bathroom, fully independent, entirely your own domain. The neighborhood feels settled, the kind built up over years rather than overnight. Comfortable, convenient, and quieter than youβd expect given how close everything is.
About the roomies
Living here has a certain ease to it that took no effort to create it just happened naturally. There are two of us, a commercial pilot and a clinical geneticist, each settled into our own room with routines that rarely overlap in disruptive ways. The home stays clean, the atmosphere stays calm, and thatβs something we genuinely protect. Weβre looking for someone who appreciates that same standard responsible, considerate, and quietly self-sufficient.
