Everything about this room is set up for someone who knows what they want. Total independence private bathroom, no shared spaces, completely yours from day one. The location makes practical sense: malls and transit close by, but none of that energy bleeds into the street itself, which stays calm and residential. Neighbors are the quiet, courteous kind. It’s the sort of place that removes friction from daily life without you even realising it.

This house has a good feeling to it calm, ordered, lived-in without being cluttered. There are two of us here, a water resources engineer and a psychiatric nurse, each in our own room and pretty content with how things run. We’re not around much during the day, but when we are home, it’s quiet by choice. We’d genuinely appreciate a housemate who keeps things tidy, respects the shared spaces, and doesn’t need reminding about either.
