Easy access to buses Less than 5 min drive from glenmont station. The location is optimal for commute in the Montgomery county. 7 mins away from both LA fitness or Planet fitness, accessible grocery stores.

Details: Medium size room, unfurnished, in a 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom basement. The room basement features its own entrance, tiles and wood floors in the shared areas. Huge kitchen and living room. (No washer/dryer in unit , but laundromat is 5 minutes away) All utilities and internet are included. Neighborhood’s private pool.

This space is shared with me. The family upstairs is really quiet and considerate, so the living arrangement is very pleasant. I am a quiet, calm, clean and reserved person, I value peace, respect and personal space, therefore so you’ll most likely feel very welcome.
