The rooms and bathroom are fully furnished, all you would need is a mattress. The house has AC and a heater plus a pool to cool down in the summer months. House is next to highway 99 behind one of the biggest parks in Elk Grove and easy access to restaurants, gas stations and stores. The house is located in a quiet family oriented court and the are is very safe. Easy access to highways to commute to many schools around the area like UC Davis, Sacramento State, Sacramento community college and many more. Also, close to UC Davis, Kaiser and Sutter medical plazas.

We are a family of three, two adults and a toddler. We are a very friendly respectful family.
