Good location, real quiet usually you have to pick one. Here, you get both. The room runs completely independently, private bathroom and all, so your daily routine stays entirely your own. Step outside and the neighborhood greets you with that unhurried, residential calm that’s genuinely hard to manufacture. Malls and public transport are close enough to be useful without pulling any noise along with them. Straightforward, comfortable, and just right.

Somewhere between housemates and a household, that’s what we’ve built here two people, a customs officer and a rehabilitation counsellor, each with their own room and a genuine liking for how calm things are. We work regular hours, come home tired in the best way, and appreciate a space that stays clean without constant reminders. No house rules posted on the fridge, just common sense and mutual respect. Someone who lives the same way would feel right at home.
