Privacy isn’t a selling point here it’s just how the room was built. Completely self-contained, private bathroom, no crossing paths with anyone unless you choose to. The area has that rare combination of convenience and quiet; malls and transport are right there, yet the street itself stays calm throughout the day. Neighbors keep to themselves in the nicest way. It’s a proper retreat, with everything you need just outside the door.

Quiet evenings and a clean home that’s genuinely what life looks like here. There are two of us, a structural engineer and a speech-language pathologist, each with our own room and a shared appreciation for a well-kept, low-fuss household. We’re present without being in each other’s way, and that balance works really well for us. A new housemate who’s polite, tidy, and respects the calm we’ve built here would be a great fit.
