About the room
This is a private room. It’s got outlets, its own closet, a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. There is a cat that lives inside the house and a dog that lives outside in the backyard.
The rent (including utilities) is usually around $650 a month, BUT it can be higher if energy and electricity bills are higher due to increased usage. No security deposit required. For the first month you will only be asked to pay $555.
If you’re still interested, I’d be happy to answer questions and/or set up a time for any applicants to see the place and talk in person.
The the property management company does require all new tenants to complete an application process that you have to pay or before being added to the lease for protection of all tenants.
About the roomies
I live in the house with a cat inside. There is couple that lives here as well but they live separately in a separate building in the backyard with their dog. So in total 3 other people you’d be living in.
