It’s a 3 bed house with one restroom and we have a fully gated property. I have a black pitbull dog who is very people and pet friendly. I work from home in the garage so I’ll only be using one room as my bedroom and I’m looking for a roommate to split the rent and you can take the other two bedrooms. You can use one as a closet or a work room, whatever you prefer. I’m open to decor around the home that you want to add.
It’ll just be me and my dog Louis. He is very sweet. I am a seamstress and fashion designer and I work full time from home and I will be having clients coming to the house but I will be moving my operation to the garage so nobody will be entering the home. I am very simple quiet person. I enjoy watching tv shows and sewing. I am usually home with my dog or with my family/friends that live locally. I leave about once every 2 months for family vacations so you’ll have the house to yourself at times. I am a big animal lover so I’m open to any kind of pet you may have. I do smoke but outside so the house doesn’t smell. I live collection spooky toys and collectibles so I do have a display area of my collection. I’m 28 years old and very friendly and clean
