I am renting out my finished basement. You will have the entire basement to yourself, other than us coming down to do laundry. You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, mini kitchen, and living area. You are also welcome to use the main kitchen and living area as well. The laundry room is in the basement which you are welcome to use.
