About the room
Private furnished bedroom available in a luxury 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo located on the top floor, 43rd floor, of a high-rise building directly next to Ala Moana Center.
The room is approximately 13’ x 11’, faces west, and offers sunset views. It comes furnished with a bed and a small desk. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate.
From the lanai, you can enjoy views of the ocean, Ala Moana Beach Park, the city skyline, and the Friday night Hilton fireworks.
The condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an individual A/C unit in each bedroom.
Building amenities include a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, BBQ area, and secure building access. Ala Moana Center is right next door, and Ala Moana Beach Park is within walking distance.
Rent is $1,900/month. Security deposit is one month’s rent. Water and Wi-Fi are included. Electricity is included up to normal household use. If electricity usage becomes unusually high, additional costs may be discussed and shared.
Parking is available for an additional $200/month.
No pets. Minimum 6-month stay preferred.

I am a Japanese professional female living in the condo.
I enjoy a clean, peaceful, and respectful home environment. This is not a party house.
I am currently studying English and enjoy practicing English in daily conversation, so I would appreciate living with someone who is comfortable communicating in English.
My husband visits Hawaii once or twice a year and may stay in the unit for approximately two weeks during those visits. During his visits, he will be respectful of the shared space, and your privacy will be maintained.
Female preferred. I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to communicate with. A working professional or mature student would be ideal.
