(Split AC/ SCE in the summer or hot months if kept constantly running otherwise included. We can discuss. Same for heater gas and water if using washer/dryer onsite.) Full access to kitchen and some cabinet space available.

One adult. I WFH in the legal field, one pup living with me. Home is near park walking distance and near schools and shopping and easy access to freeways. Room can be used as an office space only if needed. (Price negotiable if used for office space only)
