About the roomies

My current roommate of10 mos. is going to be renting a house, with her two boy’s’ I’m semi-retired, cool, and very young-at-heart for my age; Your room is your private space and I simply ask that you keep it clean, & help with the weekly chores of vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom, etc., as you would your own home. I’ll work with you, if needed, to make rent payments of 1/2, every two weeks. I Love music, from Hip- Hop to R&B, to Country, gardening, cooking. Nice T.V. & streaming included in the front room.
