It’s a 3x3 all girls. You get your own bathroom, laundry is in the apartment. I’ve paid for the security deposit already and you can keep it ($806). They’re both cat friendly and lgbt+ friendly. 😊
You do have to pay water and electric, but that’s only about $30 every month.
It’s only 5 minutes from UCF and has a shuttle.
About the roomies
I just need to move out because I moved in with my bf. The girls are sweet and will likely be good friends. Both are students and spend most of their time working or at the school. Their two cats are cuties too ❤️
