The location is quiet and convenient with quick access to 264, just minutes from the oceanfront, and close to grocery stores, gyms, restaurants, and shopping.

The condo features high ceilings, hardwood floors downstairs, a large living room with a big TV and sound system, dining area, sitting room, outdoor patio, and in-unit washer/dryer. Upstairs has brand new carpet, and the home is kept clean and well maintained.

The room comes furnished with a bed, two nightstands, and two dressers, along with a private bathroom and closet. Rent is $950/month plus shared utilities (internet, water, gas, electric, trash, etc.). One-year lease, background check, and security deposit required.

I’m typically out during weekdays and away most weekends, so the house stays pretty quiet. . Matt
